In Egyptian mythologies, mummies play an important role and most of the scenes in the Hollywood movie “The Mummy” were reflection of Egyptian mythologies.
Egyptian believes that a person can live after his death by protecting their bodies in pyramids.
Long ago, they protected some of the bodies in pyramids and after certain times, the person will live after his death by reading “book death” in which Egyptian collection of spells, charms, passwords, numbers and magical formulas.
A person needs to read the book of death before reaching the karma of the person to underworld and well known person required to read the letters, charms, password and the magical formulas.
Cat is the one of the goddess for Egyptian.

ReplyDeleteAs I used to see some of the photos in the web that they keep vegetables and meats inside the pyramids since they believe that it won't get spoil quickly and the taste of the food will be better than normal.
