Vitamins are available

Topic: Vitamins are available

Sector: Natural energy

On the subject of "Vitamins are available"

Vitamins are available here, where?

Rich vitamins are available in fruits and vegetables.

Don’t just think fruits and vegetables that we are seeing in our daily life and it’s not a rare one.

Just recall your memories that how much hours you were waiting in queue to meet doctor? And how much did you spent to buy medicines?

If it’s goes to next level of treatment, think about the hospitalized and medical or surgery expenses and the time you spent on this and your energy.

By visiting clinic, doctors were prescribed medicines for which to increase vitamins and strengths in our body unnaturally.

Instead of unnaturally, start feeds your body naturally by taking any one of the fruits or green vegetables at least two times in a day.

You must think in your mind now that while having food itself will have the vegetables, I know, instead of boiled vegetables, it’s better to have green vegetables, which gives you more than three times of vitamins.

If you check with any one of the doctors, almost 90% of them were have the habit of having at least a banana before going bed and simple warm up exercise in the morning.

Traffic Jam

Topic: Traffic Jam

Sector: Environment

On the subject of “Traffic Jam”:

It’s one of the place to test human’s temper… ha..ha.. Because it’s happens to all who are driving in roads.

Particularly in metro cities, people are facing problem in their day to day life and it is one of the situations that they are facing daily due to long journey between their house and their office.

What went before?

Long ago, these kind of pollution was not there as almost all the vehicles runs without motors and those days, they used animals like horse, buffalo, cow etc.

Wherever you see, you can find the environment was filled with greens (I.e. with tress) and the pollution also was high when comparing with present day.

Since the situation was good and environment friendly, they do not faced any traffic problems.

Current Scenario:

It’s very difficult for you to drive your vehicle without applying minimum of twenty five times break, within a kilo meter.

Since the traffic was high in peak hours/normal hours, you able to see or react due to the pollution that are coming out from vehicles.

Pollution affects directly in their human hearts and fully filled with pollution, it reduces human’s life time in earth.

Expectations:

If it’s continues like this, need to carry oxygen in our shoulders whenever we go out and it will carry a vital expenses in those days.

Fresh generations will suffer due to non availability of pure oxygen and almost all of the rich people will shift there residential to remove places from city or villages where the oxygen is available.

Those days the land value of the villages will be in top.

Ozone layer affects by computer servers

Topic: Ozone layer affects by computer servers

On the subject of Ozone layers:

Ozone layer is a layer in Earth's environment which contains fairly high absorption of ozone. This layer suck up between 92% and up to 99% of the sun's high occurrence of ultraviolet light, which is budding harmful to life on earth.

In excess of 90% of the ozone in Earth's environment is present here.

It is primarily positioned in the lower portion of the stratosphere just about 10 km to 50 km above Earth.

Importance of Ozone layers:

The ozone coating looks after the Earth from one of the dangerous components of solar energy - ultraviolet radiation. Without the ozone coating, there might be a higher numbers of skin disease and eye cataract.

The ozone coating is important to equally humans and flora (I.e. Plants, vegetables, flowers and earth)

Further, what do you think about the computer servers?

Also let me know how environment affects badly because of computer servers?

That is, servers need to keep in very cool place to increase life period or corruption of data’s.

Top server users across the world, used to keep servers in their own place and to maintain the cool almost air conditions has to work almost 24hours. As you must aware that by using air conditions the ozone layer affects badly.

It’s better to shift their server maintains to Iceland (or some other countries) as naturally the climate is very cool and air conditions are not required.

By shifting servers to cool place by top 10 server uses, almost we can save Ozone layers.

PAN in India

Topic: Permanent Account Number (PAN)

Use of PAN in India:

PAN is mandatory to file returns with Income Tax Department in India. By providing the tax returns file acknowledgement (I.e. form 16) is mandatory.

Without form 16 acknowledgement it's not possible to get any kind of loan or to buy properties thru’ any banker.

Recently, Indian government has implemented the regulation that PAN is mandatory to do any kind of investments in financial sector and banks.

Bank transaction – To remit the cash in cash counter, PAN is mandatory if not registered with their records and while opening the bank account PAN is mandatory.

Demant account – Without PAN, it’s not possible to open demant account to buy or sell shares in capital market any amount.

Mutual fund and Insurance – PAN is mandatory to do any kind of investments in Mutual fund and Insurance. (Expect Micro SIP in mutual fund, Micro SIP should not exceed investment of 50000INR per financial year and it’s mandatory to provide Identify proof and SIP self declaration)

Even though, if you are not coming in under tax bracket, just file your “Nil Tax Returns” with Income Tax Department. This acknowledgement (I.e. Form 16) might be very useful in future. I suggest once you get PAN card just submit your “Nil Tax Returns” every year.

How to apply PAN:

PAN Service centers are available across India that includes small town and some villages. They are just charging 94INR per application form in India and 744INR outside India and said charges as on as on April 1st, 2009.

To check more information just visit the site at http://www.tin-nsdl.com/ and the online services are available as given below,

Apply New PAN card
Reprint of PAN card
Transaction status enquiry
Changes or correction in PAN details
Track/status of your PAN application

If you face any PAN related issues with National Securities Depository Ltd (NSDL) department, please do visit to submit your grievances at http://www.tin-nsdl.com/customerfeedback.asp.

Recently, I used to get the services of NSDL are not in track as one of my friends shared his own experience with NSDL, it was typical error in name or date of birth in PAN card and it will take more than three months to get the corrected PAN card or to get duplicate PAN card and in some of the cases the PAN card applier was not received their PAN card even more than six months of date of submission.

NSDL has to keep their auditing department to quality check the application form while feeding the data's and before dispatching to their PAN card holders as PAN card plays a vital role in India.

My television

Topic: My television

Sector: Electronic goods

On the subject of “My television”:

I do not know what is television? Will you believe me? You won’t believe me that I know.

Television - it’s one of the best media across the world as it shows you the live telecast (Audio and Video) you are able to see what is happening across the world by selecting channels just by sitting in your home.

Also one of the best time pass for all of us by watching movies, programs, songs, games and news.

If you are not able to write or speak some of foreign languages, you are able to understand by seeing their activities and your mind will visualized by seeing the picture.

For example, Charley and Chappines program, it was reached all the cities across world as it was one of the comedy programs with out any dialogue.

What went before?

In India, some 15-20 years back, there was a only one channel as “Doordharsan” which was famous in early 80’s and telecasting news on daily basis morning and evening.

As a Sunday special, sharp at 9.00AM, there was a program in the name of “Mahabharata” which was very famous and followed by Olium and Olium which was telecasted by Chennai based Doordharsan in Tamilnadu on Friday's.

Olium and Olium program shows the latest songs from latest movies.

Olium and Olium mean light and sound.

In these days, 2 or 3 television users were there in a street and all the people in the street were reaches their house to watch the program.

Finally, I used to see advertisements to sell remote along with television to change the channels without moving from your place. Have you watched ads like this? Recall your memory and find the company name which is starts with first alphabetic letter as O.

Current Scenario:

Is it necessary for you to teach on how to operate television or remote to change the channels?

Today you are able to see television with plasma or other advanced technologies which are inbuilt like record your movies or with advance options like pause, reply and forward.

Nowadays, you are able to download your favorite movies as per your wish and able to see 3 different channels on same screen without changing channels.

Expectations:

Inbuilt 3D views in most of the upcoming models broadband connections from your television directly with server or satellite.

In India, broadband connection service in metro cities just started from MTNL, BSNL and followed by Airtel and Reliance.

No entry load

Topic: No entry load

Sector: Finance

In India, recently, Security Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has implemented the new guidelines stating that “No entry Load” that is, no entry load for investments made by investors in Mutual funds.

Previously, there was an entry load for equity schemes as up to 2.25% for all the investor.

By charging 2.25% as entry load from the investor, mutual funds has paid commission to the broker (that includes all Individual financial advisors and national distributors) between 2%-2.25% based on the category of the broker.

As per SEBI guidelines from August 1st, 2009, mutual funds should not charge entry load from the investor and by mobilizing business from the investor, a respective broker needs to get one more cheque from them by charging up to 5% from the investor as advisors fee.

Benefits to the investor:

Since there is no entry load, investor can route their investment thru’ any of the broker without entry load charged by the mutual fund.

By routing their investment thru’ a broker, investor can avail investment advice and other services from them.

Since there is no brokerage paid to the broker by mutual fund, the only way to get commission from the investor as per SEBI guidelines is up to 5% by separate cheque from the client and that needs to be disclose in the application form.

Benefits to the broker:

Since its very difficult situation to the brokers and they need to tackle it for next couple of months and they are in force to equip their product knowledge in deep. By providing product knowledge to clients, then only they are able to retain clients under their control.

Brokers are under pressure to build their asset under management (AUM) with different mutual funds.

Steps taken by Indian government:

To cut out the wrong selling by some of the brokers in the market, SEBI setup a committee as Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI) and to become a broker to sell mutual fund units, broker should complete the AMFI-Advisors module which is being conducted by National Stock Exchange of India (NSE)

Indian government must aware that by implementing the regulation, they must do lots of meetings, discussion with top layers in the financial industry and lots of research, after that, they coming up with the new regulation.

Officials must have alternate solution if it’s divert to some other situation in financial market. They must aware that lot of small agents and broker firm house will affect.

As of now, the new regulation is getting success across all cities in India and brokers have gets to use of that.

Currency

Topic: Currency

Sector: Economics

On the subject of Currency:

Currency can be referring either to a particular currency, for example the INR (Indian Rupee) or to the coins and bank notes of a particular currency, which take in the physical features of national money supply.

What went before? Long ago

Before the currency world, our first generation used the barter system to get what they needed by exchanging their rice, milk or greens. (What they have in their hand)

For example, a shop owner would exchange bundles of rice that another farmer had. In this way, both the shop owner and the farmer would have all the rice and milk they needed, without any money having changed hands.

Current scenario:

The rupee is the currency of India. The issuance of the currency controlled by the RBI (Reserve Bank of India) and the symbols of the rupee are Rs, and the code is INR.

It’s a type of a paper in which the value of money being printed in different denomination.

Recently, in last month, i.e. Sep ’09, Reserve bank of India has decided to bring in polymer notes on a trail basis and the first denomination of trail notes is in 10INR and the expecting life time is five years, it seems the life time is four time better than the current paper note and it’s very difficult to fake.

To trade or buy or sell goods, without currency the trade won’t happen and it’s totally occupied in all of our routine life across the globe and different countries having their own currencies by naming dollar, dinar, euro and Riyadh.

Expectations:

I assume that there won’t be different types of currency across global and having single type of currency, may be global currency across the global and I expect the World Bank will introduce in the time frame of 10-15 years from today.

If it’s happens, an ample changes in currency system that needs to be modified across the global countries.

My Journey to Yercaud

My friend and I planned to visit to near by hill station Yercaud which is about 22 kms from Salem, India. We started our bike around 4.10PM, on the way we had cup of hot black teas with mushroom puffs.

We just entering to foothills of Yercaud and soon started mountain ride by paying 5INR in toll gate. While going from foothills, both of us read about the warning boards such as don’t drink and drive, give way, safety first speed next, a tree give thousands of match box but a match stick will destroy thousands of tress etc and riding our bike 40kms per hour.

About 4kms before destination, in normal days we used to see Hotel Sterling, our luck, we are not able to see that hotel (don’t panic) which is fully covered by mist, wow… climate was excellent and we didn’t expected.

Finally, we reached lake which is in welcoming area and we taken some snaps by using my mobile around 5.00PM then we parked our bike and our foot were going near by lake to hire a boat. We tried, but it’s not available for us because all the boats are occupied by touristic and they are enjoying riding boats on lake.

Then decided to have hill station special snacks “hot bajji” i.e. one of the oil fried snakes (varieties are available with chili, potato, onion, egg) we had chili and onion bajji and soon started to visit pokada point which is 3kms from lake.
We reached there around 5.40PM and parked our bike near by and while entering, offers from fruit shops to taste mixture of all fruits and we accepted offers and tasted fruits, 20INR per plate. (We not bought :-))

For our surprise, the mists are coming down to welcoming us and we saw others are taking snaps with their family/friends. We felt that we don’t have digital camera to takes snaps.

Soon the place (Pakoda point) was covered by mist fully and not able to see others more than 4 feet and the time was around 6.00PM (the scenario was like at 8.00PM) others giving voice very loudly as they are enjoying the mist. (We are able to hear sound of others only not able to see the person)

We decided to take some snaps in my mobile with help of dual flash which is inbuilt. My bad luck, my mobile was running with low battery and we managed somehow.

We enjoyed the climate almost 30/40 mins and then we started to back to lake. As we started our bike to go back to lake, due to mist, we are not able to see the roads and where it goes. We struggle to ride my bike by putting bike break and raising my engine race together so that our bike light will burly to able to see the roads ahead.

Roads were fully covered by mist, due to this, we chosen three different wrong ways which goes to different areas like some guest house, farms. After lot of great efforts and helps from trespasser, we successfully reached near lake around 8.00PM and the time taken for us was around 40mins to cover 3/4kms that includes wrong ways.

As the climate was very cool, we felt our body like frozen and we had cups of very hot teas by saying cheers as we enjoyed the climate and bike ride in first time in both of us life.

We started back to Salem at 8.15PM and the same scenario was continued and we struggled to identify whether it’s normal road or normal curve or hair pin bend. After 6 kms we are coming out from mist and able to ride my bike normally.

Even though we are coming back to Salem we felt that we are missing a lot to enjoyment there, mentally we are not able to leave the place and we happy to see the surprise and joyful in their touristic faces that are coming up by buses and vans.

Inflation

Topic: Inflation

Sector: Economics

On the subject of Inflation:

Inflation –It’s have both positive and negative effects on a country. Negative effects of inflation take account of loss in strength in the genuine price of money and other economic items.

Improbability about upcoming inflation may dispirit investment and savings & high inflation may guide to shortage of supplies if trades start notice out of concern that prices will boost in the future. Positive effects take account of an improvement of fiscal recessions and debt relief by dropping the genuine level of debt.

What went before?

Twenty years back, my parents are used to pay my fifth standard fees for the entire academic years was 300INR in one the cities in Tamilnadu, India.

Fifteen years back, I used to fill petrol to my bike just paying 15INR per liter and used to buy milk just paying 5INR per liter.

A salary person can run his family by getting 150INR as per month salary.

Current scenario:

Currently, the real values are 25000INR for elementary school admission, 50INR per liter petrol and 26INR per liter of milk.

The only way to tackle with the current situation is to invest money on a monthly basis which provides 15-20% of compounded yield per annum.

The reason why we are investing our money for our future is to over take country’s inflation and over a period of time, it should delivery better returns so that the inflation and interest will adjust.

Expectations:

Predicting future inflation rates requires a statistical approach and some information about the financial system. So if you desire to forecast the rates in advance then brush up with your data and economic.
