Are you in surprise that why I mentioned Yoga as Inner science?
Yoga, it’s not an exercise.
Yoga, identifying how your body works by closing your eyes, you can get in touch between your body and your mind; you can experience the touch by doing this regularly.
You must heed from others that they relief from their joint pains, headache, asthma and other major diseases because they realized the touch between body and mind by doing Yoga regularly.
You will find yourself thru’ Yoga, this keep you fit and you will be strong in mentally and physically.
Yoga, you can’t learn thru’ a book or some CD’s, you need to attend Yoga class personally and need to follow what are the instruction before you start Yoga.
Before you start Yoga, your mind should be in one position; the scenario of the class (silence) will keep your mind concentration.
